Please Read All Guests read & accept the booking conditions upon booking. Business hours - no telephone enquiries will be taken before 8am or after 7pm Monday to Sat or on a Sunday. Arrival & Departure - Guests to arrive
4:00 - 6:00 pm, and vacate by 10:00am on departure date. If arriving late a phone call would be appreciated. Payment & Contract - A provisional booking by email, letter or telephone may hold dates required for 3 days only - if confirmation and deposit payment is not received within this time ( overseas 5 days) the accommodation may be offered to other guests. When making the booking (B & B and Self catering) please forward a deposit of 1/3rd total - non refundable - and confirmation booking form with payment within 3 days of provisional booking. If booking is not accepted the deposit will be refunded. Once the completed Booking Form or letter, and deposit (or full payment) are made, a contract exists between ourselves, (the owner) & the person who signed the booking form, or letter, (the hirer). When a reservation is made 28days or less before arrival, the full amount is payable on booking and is non-refundable. Short Breaks - Full payment of S/C and B.B.stays of 3 days and under must be paid in full - within 3 days of provisional booking. S/C: balance of payment due 8 weeks before arrival date. All cheques made payable to Mrs P Webber. If you require a receipt / confirmation please enclose a S.A.E. or email and I will return email confirmation, or you can phone to clarify I have received confirmation. Cancellation - Please may we bring to your attention that for no matter what reason, a cancellation of a confirmed booking requires payment of 2/3 rds total payment due for B&B, and full payment for self catering - unless re-let. If holiday insurance is required it is your responsibility. Occupancy - The number of people occupying, OR, visiting guests, in a cottage shall not exceed the number stated on booking. A lot of time of time and care is spent in preparing our cottages to welcome guests - If not left as found further charges may be applicable. Liability - the owner cannot accept responsability for any persons or property, or material loss, damage, additonal expense or inconvenience directly of indirectly caused by or arising out of the property, or loss or damage to vehicles & contents. Complaints - If - in the opinion of the hirer, there are grounds for complaint, it is the duty of the hirer to take it to the owner as soon as possible, to allow action to be taken as necessary by the owner. It is specifically agreed that the failure by the hirer to notify the owner of any complaint in accordance with this will entitle the owner to refuse to entertain the complaint. Desciptions - whilst the owner makes every effort to ensure the property descriptions are as accurate as possible, these are inevitably subjective and are for guidance only, the hirer takes responsability for choosing the property on booking. If there are any points of importance you wish confirmed please ask the owner before booking. The owner reserves the right to alter,substitute of withdraw any facility or amenity - and to refuse a booking. Horses - Stabling and grazing - DIY £20.00 per Day - Hay / Straw / shavings at cost. Wormed at least 4days before stay. Dogs /
